The Out’n’About Nipper Compact is designed for parents who like the convenience of a compact buggy but don’t want to be limited to smooth pavements and shopping centres. At just 8.9kg, it combines a lightweight, travel-friendly design with the three-wheel set-up, larger wheels and built-in suspension associated with the Nipper range.

Suitable from birth to approximately 4 years, up to 22kg, it is made to work as an everyday buggy as well as a useful option for holidays and active days out. Its one-hand, self-standing fold helps when loading the car or storing it at home, while the integrated shoulder strap makes carrying it up steps, through stations or between transport connections more manageable.

Where the Nipper Compact really stands apart from a typical travel stroller is its wheel set-up. Two 14-inch rear Magic Wheels are paired with a 12-inch front Magic Wheel, with puncture-proof ETPU foam construction designed to provide cushioning without the upkeep of air-filled tyres. The front wheel can swivel for easy manoeuvring around town or lock when greater control is required.

For active parents, there's another important advantage: the Nipper Compact is BS EN1888-3:2023 certified for running from 9 months, with a handbrake and lockable front wheel.

Product Description

Compact buggies are incredibly useful for travel and busy everyday life, but small wheels can become a drawback as soon as the pavement gets rough. The Out’n’About Nipper Compact takes a different approach, combining compact proportions with the three-wheel design and all-terrain capability parents expect from the Nipper family.

At 52cm wide when open and weighing just 8.9kg, the Nipper Compact is easy to manoeuvre through shops, streets and tighter spaces. Its front Magic Wheel swivels to give the buggy a tighter turning circle and responsive steering, especially useful when you're navigating busy areas one-handed.

Head away from smooth surfaces and the larger rear wheels come into their own. Two 14-inch rear wheels help the buggy roll over surfaces such as cobbles, gravel, grass and uneven ground, while built-in suspension helps soften bumps for a more comfortable journey.

Rather than traditional air-filled tyres, the Nipper Compact uses Magic Wheels made from cushioned ETPU (Expanded Thermoplastic Polyurethane) foam. This provides a puncture-proof alternative that doesn't require tyre pressures to be checked or a pump to be carried.

The wheel configuration includes two 14-inch Magic Wheels at the rear and a 12-inch Magic Wheel at the front. The larger rear wheels aid progress over less even surfaces, while the smaller front wheel keeps steering nimble.

All three wheels are also quick-release. The front uses a bicycle-style quick-release mechanism, while the rear wheels release using a button in the centre, making it possible to reduce the buggy's footprint further when packing or storing it.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery is expected within 2-3 working days.

Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are fulfilled via DPD.

Furniture deliveries Larger and heavier pieces (like cots, cotbeds, dressers Wardrobes and furniture sets) often incur higher shipping charges due to the extra handling and transportation costs and will be displayed at checkout.

DPD delivery process – the DPD driver will take an image of every successful delivery which will be sent to you automatically via email with the relevant GPS location.

Pre-order products will have varying delivery timelines, these will be highlighted on the website and included in the order confirmation.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

Our pre-order service enables you to order an item in advance and receive it upon its availability in stock. The delivery timeframe for pre-order products is displayed on our website.

HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS:

Upon ordering a pre-order product, you will receive a confirmation email specifying its status as a pre-order product and the expected timeframe for delivery. Once the item is in stock, we will promptly ship it to you and you will receive a dispatch email with the relevant tracking information.

**Please be advised that payment for pre-orders will be charged at the time of check-out.**

RETURNS POLICY :

If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund of exchange.  Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging with your receipt. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition and both the item and its packaging must be unused.

If a discount is provided for a package deal a corresponding discount will be deducted from any item returned.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized during the initial purchase.

RETURNS POLICY EXCLUSIONS:

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for the following goods if they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This is due to hygiene concerns: mattresses, pillows, bed linen, breast pumps and items with a tamper-proof seal. However, all our products are covered for faults under your warranty.

We offer a free return for items purchased online.
