Helps give you peace of mind while your baby sleeps, by allowing you to watch and listen to them from anywhere in your home, without disturbing their sleep. It includes a 360° night-vision camera that you can view from a high-definition screen, a movement sensor pad, and the ability to play lullabies and sounds to help soothe the baby back to sleep.

Cry Sensor

The sleep monitor has a Cry Sensor function that listens out for your baby’s cries and then automatically plays lullabies, natural sounds, or your choice of music via SD card to soothe and calm them.

Thermometer

There’s also a handy Digital nursery sound-activated nightlight and an inbuilt room thermometer with Hi/Lo alarm so you can easily monitor the temperature in your baby’s room.

Sensor mat

This baby movement monitor includes a sensor mat which is placed underneath your baby’s mattress. You will be alerted if the baby is still for a prolonged period or if there’s a sudden big movement in their sleeping area. This feature can be deactivated when your child gets older allowing for continued use as a sound and video monitor

Watch and listen to your baby via a high-definition 4.3-inch colour display with 2x zoom function on the portable video monitor parent unit. The multiple microphones, two-way talkback feature with clear sound

Range

300 m long-distance range enables you to soothe your baby from the parent unit even when you’re in another room or outside in the garden. The ‘Out of Range’ indicator will alert you if the link is lost.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery is expected within 2-3 working days.

Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are fulfilled via DPD.

DPD delivery process – the DPD driver will take an image of every successful delivery which will be sent to you automatically via email with the relevant GPS location.

Pre-order products will have varying delivery timelines, these will be highlighted on the website and included in the order confirmation.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

Our pre-order service enables you to order an item in advance and receive it upon its availability in stock. The delivery timeframe for pre-order products is displayed on our website.

HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS:

Upon ordering a pre-order product, you will receive a confirmation email specifying its status as a pre-order product and the expected timeframe for delivery. Once the item is in stock, we will promptly ship it to you and you will receive a dispatch email with the relevant tracking information.

**Please be advised that payment for pre-orders will be charged at the time of check-out.**

RETURNS POLICY :

If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund of exchange.  Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging with your receipt. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition and both the item and its packaging must be unused.

If a discount is provided for a package deal a corresponding discount will be deducted from any item returned.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized during the initial purchase.

RETURNS POLICY EXCLUSIONS:

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for the following goods if they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This is due to hygiene concerns: mattresses, pillows, bed linen, breast pumps and items with a tamper-proof seal. However, all our products are covered for faults under your warranty.

FREE ONLINE RETURNS:

We offer a free return for items purchased online. To take advantage of our complimentary returns, kindly contact our customer service department through one of the below options to schedule a collection date that is convenient for you. We are pleased to provide our customers with a Collect In-store service. With our free click and collect option, you can choose to have your items delivered to the store nearest to you within a delivery timeframe of 1-2 working days.

2. Your item is now available for collection SMS.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Select the option "Pick up in Store" at the checkout
• Choose the Store most convenient to you

GIFT CARDS:
