The inner cover features a Kidtex Non Woven wipe clean layer made from vapour permeable yet water repellent fabric, helping to protect the comfortable spring core…perfect when potty training or when your child has a little accident.

Pocket Springs are often the choice for the older child, providing optimum postural support and the Dual Core interior is durable and long lasting.

The springs used in this Pocket Spring mattress are within individually sewn, self contained micro-pockets which adapt to your child’s precise shape, with the added feature of a natural coconut fibre sleeping pad (Coir) on one side of the Pocket Springs for a firmer sleeping surface option. The Dual Core is also completely wrapped in a FibReTM comfort layer.

The base of the cover features Supersoft Permex Plus, which is a hypo-allergenic, PVC-free waterproof fabric that is easy to wipe clean.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery is expected within 2-3 working days.

Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are fulfilled via DPD.

Furniture deliveries Larger and heavier pieces (like cots, cotbeds, dressers Wardrobes and furniture sets) often incur higher shipping charges due to the extra handling and transportation costs and will be displayed at checkout.

DPD delivery process – the DPD driver will take an image of every successful delivery which will be sent to you automatically via email with the relevant GPS location.

Pre-order products will have varying delivery timelines, these will be highlighted on the website and included in the order confirmation.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

Our pre-order service enables you to order an item in advance and receive it upon its availability in stock. The delivery timeframe for pre-order products is displayed on our website.

HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS:

Upon ordering a pre-order product, you will receive a confirmation email specifying its status as a pre-order product and the expected timeframe for delivery. Once the item is in stock, we will promptly ship it to you and you will receive a dispatch email with the relevant tracking information.

**Please be advised that payment for pre-orders will be charged at the time of check-out.**

RETURNS POLICY :

If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund of exchange.  Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging with your receipt. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition and both the item and its packaging must be unused.

If a discount is provided for a package deal a corresponding discount will be deducted from any item returned.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized during the initial purchase.

RETURNS POLICY EXCLUSIONS:

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for the following goods if they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This is due to hygiene concerns: mattresses, pillows, bed linen, breast pumps and items with a tamper-proof seal. However, all our products are covered for faults under your warranty.

We offer a free return for items purchased online.
